Postage/Shipping Time....

We will send your order as soon as possible and usually this will be the following working day.  On some occasions it is not possible to send goods on the next working day, so our service aim is to dispatch within 5 working days.  Items that have been paid for via cheque will only be dispatched after cheques have cleared the banking system (usually in 4 to 5 days).  Postage methods may vary according to the size, weight and destination of any order.  Postage fees also cover any packaging that is required, please email us if you require further details.

We will post WORLDWIDE, but please note that the standard postage costs offered on this website are for UK postage only.  On occasions it might be necessary to charge extra for export orders.  We recommend that you always contact us first, to confirm postage costs, before ordering from outside the UK.

Delivery....

Whilst delivery times are not guaranteed orders within the UK should arrive within 5 to 7 working days and orders overseas within 14 working days (some destinations can take longer).  We ship worldwide.

Out of Stock Items....

Occasionally we can find ourselves out of stock of an item.  If an item that you have ordered has sold out, we will gladly order it in for you.  You will always be kept informed should this ever be the case and naturally be given the option of a full refund or substitute item should you not wish to wait.

Returns and Late Delivery....

Items can be returned if found to be faulty.  Any item arriving faulty must be reported within 3 days and must be returned within 7 days.  Claims falling outside this agreed time scale will not be met.  Please note that postage costs will not be refunded, only the value of the item and only once returned to us in the same condition as at point of dispatch.

If an order suffers a delay for any reason postal services will be given time to complete delivery as per their terms.  Items lost in the post will be claimed for against the post office (this can take up to 3 months).  We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post and refunds will not be given until a successful claim has been made against any carrier/post office.
